Greetings - Welcome to TimFeerstPercussion.com! I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Percussion Performance at the University of North Texas as well as a freelance percussionist and educator in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. I hope you enjoy the new site, and thanks for stopping by!

As a fellow percussionist, you have my full support. While our generations may differ, I still believe that our love for music can make us good friend. Back in my time, my parents were really against my passion for music. I also took up percussion performance in my college. They never supported me, I had to support myself. I do not want anyone to experience that. Seeing someone who is taking his masters just excites me! Keep putting in the effort, and be the best percussionist out there.
